Payment policy
Payments can be made with your personal or business PayPal account or your personal or business Credit Card via the PayPal website. Alternate forms of payment will be offered soon.

Shipping information
Our products may take longer than one week for shipping. Please email us for questions related to product and delivery times. Shipping rates and free shipping policy apply only to items shipped within the contiguous U.S.A.(shipping rates and free shipping do not apply for Alaska and Hawaii orders). Free shipping is only available for ground shipping (not express shipping). Ground shipping includes UPS,FedEx and/or USPS priority mail. Shipping time for most items in the U.S.A. is 4 to 5 business days, HOWEVER please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery as the selected carrier may have high volume for deliveries. Items shipped from directly from the manufacturer may take 5 to 7 business days for delivery. Some chandeliers and furniture may take up to 3 to 4 weeks for shipping. If you order more than one item you may receive your order in separate deliveries. The delivery time for Express shipping is 3 to 4 business days from date of purchase, as some products ship from the manufacturer.

Return policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with the merchandise you purchased from me, you can return the merchandise within 7 days (standard ebay return policy) from the day received and we will refund your money excluding the shipping fee (buyer is responisble for the return shipping costs). Please email us or call customer service at 973-262-3456 before returning merchandise to obtain the correct return address for your package. The merchandise must be adequately packed in the original shipping material, and insured before returning and be in excellent unused condition. NCR holds the right to refuse a return if the product is damaged or isn't returned in the original shipping material. If product is returned after the 7 day return period, return may be refused. Custom orders, special orders, clearance products, and bulk orders are nonrefundable. Light fixtures that have been installed/used cannot be returned.

FURNITURE DELIVERY
Furniture is delivered by a freight carrier. The carrier, NCR and the customer will schedule a delivery time and provide curbside delivery, unless white glove service is requested for the item. The customer is responsible for moving the furniture into the house and setting it up. Assembly instructions are provided. The customer is responsible for all freight charges and restocking fees if they refuse delivery of furniture items. Both of the freight charges and the restocking fee will be subtracted from the customers refund when a customer refuses delivery or cancels their furniture order while their merchandise is in transit or production. We cannot ship to Alaska. The customer should inspect the merchandise for damages prior to signing the bill of lading for merchandise shipped via a freight carrier. Once the bill of lading is signed the customer owns the merchandise and is responsible for any damages. Once signed furniture is not returnable. Contact us with any related questions
